I'm Brenda Kramer, a certified personal trainer based in San Diego with over a decade of experience helping people of all backgrounds move better, build strength, and heal.

My path to training started as a high-performance athlete — and that competitive background still informs everything I do. I've coached teams competing in international tournaments and worked with athletes who demand peak performance. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what the body is capable of, and how to push toward potential without breaking down.

But my work goes far beyond high performance. The real breakthroughs often happen when things get hard — when you're rebuilding after a serious injury, starting over after a long pause, or just trying to feel like yourself again. I specialize in meeting people exactly where they are.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Whittier College and am a certified personal trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness, with specializations in strength training, corrective exercise, athletic development, and movement as therapeutic practice. My clients range from competitive athletes to seniors in their 80s — what they share is a commitment to long-term health and a willingness to believe in themselves. My job is to make sure that belief is justified.

Philosophy

Training is more than sets and reps. It's more than sweat. It's about the feeling — the joy you carry out of every session, the sense of accomplishment, and the progress along the way.

My love for fitness started at a young age. I've been an athlete my entire life and have always been diligent about staying healthy and active. I tap into that passion during every session with my clients, being mindful of each individual's goals, experience levels, and injury history. I view movement as natural medicine for the body.

My goal as your coach is to help you become the most confident version of yourself — using exercise as the means to find that inner strength. The mental and physical changes you experience will keep you coming back for more. I'm so excited to be part of that journey with you.

Distance is no barrier. Remote sessions give you the same personalized coaching and accountability, wherever you are in the world.
